All bookings should be made in advance, either through our website or by contacting our team directly.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour or prior to the tour start date.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

We accept payments via debit/credit card and bank transfer.

All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or other agreed currencies.

We reserve the right to change the vehicle type or driver assigned, should the need arise due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will ensure that the service remains of equal quality.

Drivers are English-speaking, professional, and experienced, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.
